I have worked with national organizations such as Cambium Learning and 'The New Teacher Project' to design, implement, and foster a deeper knowledge of instructional programs and practices within their teams that create dynamic, growth-minded, and results-driven schools.

I am a former certified National LETRS Professional Learning Facilitator who believes that teaching reading requires a deep understanding of how we acquire the skills needed to become proficient readers and critical thinkers. I have served on the committees to revise the Florida Teacher Certification Examination, as well as the revision of the Florida Standards, leading to the new B.E.S. T. Standards.
